Driving the Future of EV Charging for Every Property
At Urban EV, we’re redefining how property owners bring electric vehicle charging to their sites. Our mission is expanding electric vehicle charging station access, making it easy for owners/operators to offer reliable, future-proofed charging infrastrucure. Born from first-hand EV ownership experience, we manage every stage — from design and installation to long-term operation — delivering technically sound and financially sustainable solutions. With a focus on innovation, quality, and partnership, Urban EV helps property owners future-proof their sites while creating lasting value for tenants, drivers, and communities.

It started with an EV
Urban EV was born out of the founder’s frustration with charging at apartments. A recently found EV owner, Alex attempted to run a 100’ extension cord out of his bathroom window to the garage, only to find out it would take 5 days for his vehicle to fully charge.
This provided a realization that charging at apartments was not a well served market and served as the launching point for Urban EV.
Today we serve more customers than just apartments, but our priorities remain the same: solving EV infrastructure problems where needed the most.
